"Eternal life" is not to be understood as the uninterrupted physical existence of the same human body.

Rather, it signifies the eternal existence of the human soul in the radiant splendor of heaven.

"Eternal life" means that the human soul endures imperishably in the light of heaven. The soul should be preserved as much as possible from the cycles of atonement and condemnation in purgatory or hell.

This requires a life and work led with integrity and, as far as possible, free from sin. By doing so, it is ensured that the immortal soul of a person, which is a comprehensive reflection of the individual and their character, does not suffer any spiritual loss upon rebirth in a new body.

Otherwise, this would entail a reset of their intellect, cognitive abilities, knowledge, and experiences, which could significantly complicate their future life and work.

The key to eternal life lies in heuristics—the art of finding and discovering—as well as in a special work that can pave the way to the soul’s redemption. Both aspects form the central content of the e-book manuscript "The End of Times" by Berthold Jerg.
